Returns for items may be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
Customized items can not be returned. In case of a return we expect to receive the item in its original packaging. Items must be returned using the same shipping company used in the initial shipment!
